All of our new / wholesale items come with the regular manufacturer's warranty. However, if you have any problem with any such item bought at AC Nelson, we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied and on your way to your jobsite with everthing you need in hand.

If the item in question is refurbished i.e. used, all such items are sold on an "as is" condition. But once again, we have a long history of satisfied customers, and anything you bought at AC Nelson that isn't working under normal conditions, we will do our best to find one that does, at our discretion.
